The platform and the insurer
EAZR provides the customer interface for product information, applications, record retrieval and servicing within its authorized role. EAZR is not represented here as the underwriting insurer. Insurance underwriting, approved benefits, claim decisions and issued policy terms belong to the insurer named in an actual policy.
Your current application
Confirm Purchase saves your request without collecting payment. It does not create an insurance contract, promise acceptance, establish eligibility or activate coverage. No insurer partnership or distribution authorization is implied by an insurer research reference on this website.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information and review your details before confirmation. Any future insurer may require additional information and underwriting checks. Keep your private access link secure: possession of the link allows access to your application details.
Payment and issuance are separate
Only an actual verified payment may be recorded as paid. Only authorized insurer issuance may create policy details and coverage. A saved application, payment receipt or EAZR-generated application PDF is not an insurer-issued policy.
Platform terms and policy terms
These terms describe the platform service. If an approved insurer product becomes available, its specific policy wording, eligibility, exclusions, premium and cancellation conditions must be supplied before purchase. Public wording is general product documentation; the original insurer-issued schedule identifies an actual customer's policy.
Research references
Official insurer materials linked under Product Information are independent research sources, not an offer, endorsement or confirmed partnership. A general personal accident product does not necessarily insure your sport. Do not rely on a research summary as evidence of coverage.
Service and legal information
The platform operator's legal identity, applicable distribution authorization, final servicing terms and dedicated contact channels require confirmation before a live insurance offering. This notice does not claim a regulatory authorization or limit your applicable legal rights.
