Clarity if plans change.
The current service records applications. Payment collection and insurer issuance are separate, unconfigured steps.
Application cancellation
An application is a request, not an insurance contract. Cancelling the request, refunding a payment and cancelling an issued policy are separate processes. There is currently no self-service cancellation control; the request status shown in My Insurance is the recorded backend state.
No payment collected
The current confirmation flow does not collect payment. Where nothing has been collected, there is no payment to refund. A premium appearing on a future quote would not itself prove that a payment was made.
Payment refunds
Before a payment-enabled offer is introduced, the responsible merchant, refund eligibility, process, timelines and any charges must be disclosed. This page does not promise an automatic refund, fixed processing time or a refund outcome unsupported by configured operations.
Insurer policy cancellation
An actual issued policy is governed by its own insurer, product version, policy wording and applicable cancellation terms. Public research-candidate terms do not apply to your application. Use the policy-specific wording and official insurer contact shown with a genuine issued record.
